PAN card can be obtained for individuals, a signed Form 49A along with the identity proof and address proof of the applicant is required.
For obtaining PAN there are certain documents which are required. Following are the list of the documents:
  1. Passport
  2. Aadhar card
  3. Driving license
  4. Voters identity card
  5. Photo ID card
  6. Ration card having photograph of the candidate
  7. Arms license
  8. Pension card

Minimum age for PAN Card 

In India, the minimum age to obtain a PAN is 18 years. A permanent account number is issued by income tax authority which is mandatory for everyone dealing in financial transactions.
When the child turns 18 he has to fulfill certain requirements to obtain PAN from the income tax authority.
