4 bad millennial traits that are actually good for entrepreneurs

Millennials generally have a bad reputation. It is normally said that they are lazy, ungrateful and that they also don’t grow up fast enough
They also  have qualities which generally  work in their  favor. They  dream big, are unafraid and they also don’t understand the word “no.” All of these attributes are generally are very useful for the entrepreneurs.
So for those young aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking in order  to make it big, here is how one can turn those stereotypically "bad" millennial traits to the advantage.
The purpose of this article is to make the reader aware of the 4 bad millenial traits that are actually good for the entrepreneurs .
The 4 traits are :-
1.      Being impatient. Our generation wants that whatever we want whenever  we want, we want  it NOW. The millennial entrepreneurs, however, can thus use “impatience” in order to propel the millenials  forward. They are generally  restless in the non-leadership positions and also always want to get going already.
Twenty-something business owners however do not play by the rules. They generally  do not want to pay the dues by climbing the corporate ladder. Instead, they  get impatient, want success now and then intend to make big changes so that one can pursue his new, exciting venture (even if they are a bit premature).
2.      They have the attention span of a 5-year-old.  The millenialsgenerally  have a short attention span, but any millennial will however  tell one that when they  are passionate about something, they  can however  fixate on it for hours on the end. So this generally becomes less boredom and also gives them  more an inability in order  to “stick it out” as in a job they generally don’t enjoy.
Chinese philosopher Confucius had  said, “If  one chooses  a job one loves , and one  will never have to work a day in his life.” By choosing in order to pursue as to  what one enjoys  and are interested in -- even if that however changes from time to time -- one can thus  be an asset to any company.
3.      Wanting fame and fortune and everything in between.  The positive in this trait is that the millennials however  have a healthy dose of self-aggrandizement. As the entrepreneurs, one is required  to believe in themselves, their vision and their dreams. Perhaps our generation generally  takes confidence which is generally a bit too far. But however craving the limelight is generally  the only way in order to bring it in.
4.      Obsessing with the online world. Obsession with the social media is generaly considered as a negative .  These sites are generally in our blood, our DNA. But for the  entrepreneurs being digitally savvy is thus extremely important. This is thus, one of the main advantages is for networking.
5.      Lacking experience and our maturity level. They say that youth is generally  wasted on the young, but the  millennial entrepreneurs generally take our energy and then channel it into building an empire. Many of them generally  don’t have huge responsibilities – such as  husband, wife, mortgage and kids.
The millenials are generally energized and they are full of ambition. Being in their twenties, they’ re not old enough in order  to be jaded but they are  also not young enough in order  to be disempowered. This can however  be considered as a huge advantage for the  aspiring entrepreneurs who are however  looking in order  to jump head first into a startup.
