Also , one must make scenarios in one’s  mind which are however often much more negative, drastic and also  catastrophic than what thus occurs in reality. Therefore, preparedness will thus raise belief in one’s ability in order to cope with whatever would thus come in one’s way. When one is confident enough and he knows that he is prepared , it would thus raise one’s perceived level of control.
